6 received the Holy Ghost in two
services where one of the missionaries preached.
3 new church plants are growing
stronger each week.
12 Muslims
baptized in Jesus name in the capital city.
65 were baptized in Jesus name
and 43 were filled with the Holy Ghost.
National Conference finished with
record-breaking numbers in every way.
Attendance soared to well over 16,000.
Each church division offering
goal was reached with the largest being the
National Ladies offering of over $21,000.
At the end of the week, a total
of 1,432 were filled with the baptism of the
Holy Ghost.
During the conference, the Bible
school graduated 31. These students have been
working for the last 4 months where they each go
out and pastor a church. A total of 305 were
baptized in Jesus name and 195 were filled with
the Holy Ghost as result of their work.
General Conference was great.
Many received miracles and 140 received the
Holy Spirit with the peak night attendance of
1,200 people.
At another conference 45 received
the Holy Ghost.
In the Capital City Crusade, 285
received the Holy Ghost and at least 32 were
baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.
At the crusade, a man who was
blind in his left eye was prayed for and God
healed him.
Another blind woman was
completely healed also.
Several people had visible tumors
but after being prayed for the tumors
disappeared.
2 people were carried in because
they were completely crippled but the Lord
touched their bodies immediately and
miraculously they left the crusade walking
without assistance.
3 days of special
meetings resulted in 23 people receiving the
Holy Ghost, 16 confirmed healings and a Sunday
attendance of 165.
In two weeks 75 were filled with
the Holy Ghost and over 60 were baptized in
Jesus name.
At the conclusion of a Oneness
Seminar 29 were baptized in Jesus name and 22
received the Holy Ghost.
The missionary preached on the
Oneness message in a large Trinitarian church
where several of the associate pastors have
already received the revelation of the One True
God. They were well received by the founding
Bishop and have been invited back for more
discussion.
The first inter-islands
conference of the Indian Ocean of the UPCI was a
tremendous success with over 400 in attendance
and 20 who received the Holy Spirit.
Our island nations will never be
the same again because of this mighty impact
upon their lives and ministry. We are giving
God the glory for what He has done.
Representatives from these seven nations were
present for this conference: England, South
Africa, India, United States, Reunion,
Seychelles, and Mauritius.
One of the highlights was the
offering for the pouring of the slab of the
Headquarters Church in Mauritius. This offering
completed the funds needed for the slab.
In 4 locations 25 were
baptized in Jesus name and 41 received the
Holy Ghost. 11 were healed.
The daughter work started in a
Northwest Province town 3 months ago has grown
to the point of moving to a larger location.
Over 200 children attended
the Annual Junior Youth Camp from ages
11-14. This is the third year for the camp
and it's been growing every year. Lessons
were on basic Bible doctrine.
Last month 27 were baptized in
the name of Jesus Christ.
A pastor's father, who lives
with him, died recently in their home.
The family prayed for 30 minutes but he did
not breathe or respond. After that he
coughed but was still unresponsive. The
doctor was called in and the family
continued to pray. After another 30 minutes
of prayer he coughed again and woke up. He
is steadily getting better.
In 6 weeks of traveling to the
churches 218 have received the Holy Ghost and
189 have been baptized in Jesus name.
