James and Latitia Robertson
Jim & Latitia Robertson, alumni of Conquerors Bible College, ministered in Texas, Washington & British Columbia before accepting a full time pastorate in the British Columbia District. While pastoring, the Robertsons encouraged their church to become involved in the A-Team program for the nation of Tanzania. Involvement led to a burden and the burden to a definite call.
Jim & Latitia visited the country of their calling in 2001, returning to the states to apply for appointment. They were appointed as missionaries to Tanzania by the United Pentecostal Church International in 2002.
Upon their arrival in Tanzania, the Robertson’s immediately enrolled in Language school. After completing language studies, the Robertson’s have made their home in the city of Dar es Salaam.
The Robertson’s are presently involved in training, mentoring & encouraging the National churches in the Southern & Eastern Regions of the country. One of their many desires is to see a campus ministry developed at the University of Dar & to see a strong children’s/youth ministry developed.
Jim & Latitia have four girls. The two older girls, Chvána & Kaylah, live in St Louis, MO & hope to join their parents in Tanzania in the near future as AIMers. Tessa & Kandra, the two younger girls are working with their parents in Dar es Salaam & enjoy being a part of the team.
