Dan and Sherry Davis
Dan and Sherry Davis, both graduates of Gateway College of Evangelism, met in Lexington, Kentucky, and married in 1992. They received their missionary appointment in 2004. They began to feel the calling to South Africa as members of the A-Team. After visiting the country on five A-Team tours, they felt confident the Lord had plans for fulltime involvement in South Africa. Now they reside in Johannesburg, South Africa, where Brother Davis serves as the senior pastor of Turning Point Community Church.
Beginning their work as AIMers, the Davis pioneered two other churches in the Metro Johannesburg area. Sister Davis serves as Sunday school superintendent and Ladies Ministries leader for the local church and assists with leadership training. They have two sons, Wade and Dylan.
