The United Pentecostal Church of Benin is an outgrowth of the UPC of Ghana.  The first resident UPCI missionaries to Benin arrived in 1988.  Although the church is presently without a resident missionary, Missionary Randy Adams oversees the work from nearby Togo. There are 2,450 constituents, 24 licensed ministers, and 49 churches and preaching points.
